Samuel PEYTON
He
was tried at
Old Bailey, London
on
26 May 1784 for stealing with a value of 200 shillings.
He
was sentenced to transportation for
7 years
and left England on the
Alexander
aged about 19 at that time (May 1787).
His occupation was listed as stonemason. He died in 1788.

The 21st child of his parents.On 23 June 1788 received a sentence of death for theft from Lt Furzer’s tent on the same day.
