John STOGDELL/STOCKDALE

He was tried at Old Bailey, London on 20 October 1784 for receiving stolen goods. He was sentenced to transportation for 14 years and left England on the Alexander aged about 25 at that time (May 1787). His occupation was listed as servant. He died in 1801.
