William VICKERY
He
was tried at
Exeter, Devon
on
20 March 1786 for stealing cash with a value of 120 shillings.
He
was sentenced to transportation for
7 years
and left England on the
Charlotte
aged about 25 at that time (May 1787).
He had no occupation recorded. He died in 1822.

Report from Dunkirk hulk was “tolerably decent and orderly”. May have been the convict ‘Vinry’ who received 100 lashes on 15 February 1791 for stealing cobs of corn.
